We are looking for a highly qualified Site Manager
to supervise and coordinate activities at our sites, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with quality and safety standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Management and coordination of site workers;
Allocation of responsibility and instruction of workers;
Supervision of the development and quality of the work performed;
Supervision of the application of occupational safety and environmental protection measures;
Supply management and control of incoming and outgoing materials;
Supply management and control of incoming and outgoing materials;
Coordination with the Site Manager for the compilation of the State of Progress of Works (SAL);
Interaction with the Director of Works to ensure optimal execution of works;
Direction and control of work phases in accordance with the client’s design plans;
Carrying out checks and inspections in cooperation with the Works Management, the Project Manager and the Site Manager;
Issuing of operational instructions for process validation;
Observance and promotion of safety requirements in the workplace;
Recording and reporting any anomalies to the technical manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least 10 years’ experience in the role of site manager, gained in companies operating in the infrastructure or industrial works sector, preferably with a focus in the energy field;
In-depth knowledge of occupational safety and environmental regulations;
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills;
Familiarity with site and project management software;
Willingness to travel within the country (preferred).
