The processing of CVs spontaneously sent to evaluate candidates with respect to a possible job position is legitimate as it is provided for by a legal norm, which specifies that in this case the person’s consent is not necessary.
Providing us with your data for marketing activities, opinion polls and market research is optional. If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to carry out these activities.

6. Who will process your data?

Your personal data will be processed by internal staff of Alba Costruzioni SCPA specifically trained and authorized to process them.
Your data may be transmitted to third parties, such as banking operators, internet providers, companies specializing in computer services, couriers, marketing and market research companies. – CVs will be kept for six months;
– Data for marketing and survey activities will be kept for up to two years or upon request for termination.

– Access and modify your data: you have the right to access your personal data and to request that it be corrected, modified or supplemented with other information. If you wish, we will provide you with a copy of your data in our possession.
