Site Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Site Surveyor who will act as a liaison point between the Project Manager and the work teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out in accordance with the directives received, respecting the established timetables and ensuring adherence to the company’s quality and safety standards. The role requires frequent travel within Italy. Willingness to travel throughout the country is a must.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administration of site documentation;
  • Management of relations with subcontractors;
  • Verification of compliance with current regulations;
  • Organisation and coordination of work processes, with supervision of work progress;
  • Execution of topographic, planimetric and altimetric surveys: detailed characterisation of the construction site, determination of coordinates, surfaces, heights, as well as definition, tracing and rectification of territorial boundaries;
  • Analysis of orders acquired;
  • Elaboration of the time schedule for the supply of materials to be used on site;
  • Site accounting management;
  • Drawing up the list of reinforcing bars for reinforced concrete works, compiling the work log and measurement booklet;
  • Control of the conformity of materials on site with purchase order specifications.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma of Surveyor with good CV;
  • A dynamic and motivated personality, with the ability to work to objectives and to coordinate the site manager in the activities to be carried out, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the role, gained in companies specialising in infrastructure or industrial works, preferably in the energy sector;
  • Excellent command of the PC, the Microsoft Office package, AutoCAD and Primus;
  • Willingness to travel throughout the country.

PLACE OF WORK

The workplace is located in Via Rosanea 112, Sant’Anastasia, 80048 (NA) but willingness to travel is required.
