We are looking for a Site Technician for a major EPC contract (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning) for the new construction of electrical substations within the National Transmission Grid. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out in compliance with the instructions received, within the established timelines, and in adherence to the company’s quality and safety standards. These sites involve the new construction of electrical substations that are part of the National Transmission Grid.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of site documentation;
- Acquisition and archiving of contractual and technical site documentation;
- Receipt and verification of materials on-site;
- Control of material compliance with purchase order specifications;
- Preparation of the Site Work Log and Initial Entry Register;
- Drafting of reinforcement bar lists for reinforced concrete structures;
- Completion of the work log and measurement book;
- Monitoring work progress and verifying compliance with the project and contractual regulations;
- Daily site supervision;
- Interaction with the Client and its representatives;
- Managing relationships with subcontractors;
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations;
- Execution of surveys, both planimetric and altimetric: detailed characterization of the construction site, determination of elevations, and layout definition;
- Development of the material supply schedule for site use;
- Management of site accounting;
- Operational control of waste management by the Contractor;
- Immediate reporting of any worker accidents on-site;
- Compliance with the Site Supervisor’s obligations as per Article 19 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in site management, preferably in network infrastructure and/or public works, even in different roles such as CSP (Safety and Coordination Planner), CSE (Safety Coordinator during Execution), Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Supervisor.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Preposto (Supervisor) training certification;
- First Aid and Emergency Management training certification;
- General and Specific Safety Training certification;
- Availability for business trips.

WORK LOCATION
The primary work location is Via Rosanea 112, Sant’Anastasia, 80048 (NA), Italy, but candidates must be available for business trips.
