Construction of the HV/MV Primary Substation named “Marischio”

The project involves the construction and commissioning of a primary substation designed to improve the distribution of electricity in the industrial area and surrounding areas. The facility will consist of a high-voltage (HV) section, two 40 MVA (132/20 kV) HV/MV power transformers installed outdoors, and a 24 kV MV section using AIS technology, constructed using prefabricated equipment housed in metal containers.

The cabin will be equipped with protection, automation, monitoring, and remote control systems that comply with the latest standards, in order to ensure high levels of safety, efficiency, and service continuity.

The grid connection will be implemented using a 132-kV dual-antenna configuration via a new RTN substation, connected as a feed-in/feed-out point on the “Genga RT – Fossato di Vico RT” line, enabling flexible management of energy flows and greater grid resilience.
