We are looking for a Project Manager The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards across the country.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing the project execution plan, outlining the implementation strategy;
  • Coordinating and supervising all construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and compliance with regulations;
  • Managing and monitoring the project budget, including cost analysis and implementation of corrective measures in case of discrepancies
  • Collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure effective project implementation;
  • Drafting and presenting periodic project status reports to stakeholders and clients;
  • Identifying and resolving any critical issues and delays in a timely manner, ensuring business continuity;
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards and environmental regulations;
  • Preparation, updating and management of technical documentation required by the Client, necessary for project progress and completion;
  • Maintaining effective and constant communication with all team members and clients;
  • Performing additional activities inherent to the role;

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, with excellent academic record;
  • Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface at all levels, with an aptitude for working for objectives and ability to motivate the team while meeting deadlines and quality standards;
  • Proven experience in the role (minimum 10 years), gained in modernly organized structured companies with a strong domestic market orientation:
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating teams;
  • In-depth knowledge of project management techniques and industry regulations;
  • Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.
  • Excellent analytical, flexibility and problem solving skills;
  • High proficiency in using PC, Microsoft Office package and Microsoft Project;
  • Excellent command of software: Microsoft Project, Primus, Excel, AutoCAD 2D;
  • Maximum willingness to travel throughout the country.

PLACE OF WORK

The workplace is located in Via Rosanea 112, Sant’Anastasia, 80048 (NA) but willingness to travel is required.
